You will be provided a list of instructions for MPD Prospect Day by email in advance. However, for your immediate review, here is a list of the documents you should provide. Note, please upload a copy in advance to your eSOPH account, if you have one. Please bring copies and the originals with you for inspection. There is a scanner available at MPD Prospect Day as needed to assist.
Required Documents include:
- Birth Certificate High School Diploma or GED with Test Scores
- College Degree and Transcript
- Resume (if applicable)
- Driver's License
- Driving Record (obtained from the Department of Motor Vehicles in the state where you hold a Diver's License)
- Picture Identification (e.g., State ID/Driver's License, passport, etc.)
- Social Security Card
- Citizenship Documents (i.e., Naturalization paperwork or United States Passport)
- Marital Status Documents (i.e., Marriage License, Divorce Decree, etc.)
- Military Status Documents (i.e., DD-214 or Selective Service Registration)
- Unemployment Records
- Welfare Payment Records
- Court Orders (e.g., judgments, liens, bankruptcy, expungement records, separation order, child support orders, etc.)
- TANF/Public Assistance Records
- Last two employment performance ratings (if applicable).
